Would just like to let you know that my brother Gary really enjoyed his flight today and just how professional your company was. The staff were friendly and the fact that we had to quickly change launching sites and not knowing where the balloon would land all added to a most enjoyable morning. The breakfast was also very nice. Thank you very much.
